Ubique 2nd in Grand Prix in Oosteind

Yesterday Joyce and Beukenvallei's Ubique finished second during the Grand Prix in Oosteind.The pair started super in their test and many sevens, eights were given and even a nine for a half pass. 

It was decided with Anky to correct Ubique in the pirouettes when needed. It was necessary to correct in both pirouettes and so this double counting exercise wasn´t marked with a good score. That cost a lot of points but Joyce didn't mind and she was very satisfied about the test. 

Oosteind was a successful show for The Beukenvallei as two of Marcel's students were successful as well: Marieke Pijnenburg won the Intermediare II which was ridden in combination with the Grand Prix and she came third in total and Lucia Gallardo finished fourth in the Grand Prix.
