New student: Luz-Elena

Since last week there is a new student at The Beukenvallei. Her name is Luz-Elena and she will introduce herself to you:

'My name is Luz-Elena. I am 18 years old and I live in Wilnis, near Utrecht in The Netherlands. I just started the Dutch horse school NHB Deurne and I entered the HBO study horsemanship.

About one-and-a-half year ago I got my own horse, named Altaire (Haarlem x Samber). He is 8 years old and I competed him at the beginners level. Than he had a serious injury and we couldn't compete for a while. Recently we have made our come back and we won both tests! Altaire is stabled at The Beukenvallei during my internship which lasts till November 22. I choose for The Beukenvallei as I prefered a sport stall and I would like to learn more about the management at such a barn. I think this is a great opportunity for me to be here at The Beukenvallei.'
