Educational day at practice show!

Today Marcel, Joyce and their horses Vanquisch and Showboy have been to the beautiful accommodation Sentower park in Opglabbeek (Belgium) to participate at a practice show. 

'Today me and my horses Showie and Vanquisch have learned a lot. The accommodation was great and it was super to ride here to gain experience. During this show we could use our wireless sound system and I liked this a lot. In this way Marcel could coach me during the tests. We have tried some things in the test, I corrected the horses sometimes and I could do things again when I wanted.

I took Vanquisch and Showboy: due to circumstances Vanquisch didn't compete for a while and this was a nice 'comeback' before our next official show in Geldrop (The Netherlands) next week. Showboy will be competing at CDI Odense (Denmark) in two weeks. After the Dutch championships I didn't compete him anymore as we are training for Grand Prix level at home. I will compete at some international shows at small tour level but we mostly train at home to make the step to the highest level in the future. Today it was a nice opportunity to enter an arena before we go to Odense' Joyce says.
